Jun 18, 2024 · Joe MuroCurrent resident...Honestly I don't really care for this place. If you have no where else to go, it will do. Kitchen floor has pieces coming up, no A/C, very little insulation Winters are extremely cold. During the polar vortex this year our pipes froze, called the emergency maintenance number and they never responded nor followed up with us, also ice formed on the bottom part of the walls in our bedroom. Dead bolt on the door hasn't been fixed. We hit a financial issue recently and got a bit behind on our rent but we paid it in full about 6 to 7 days late and yet they are taking us to court to pay over 200 bucks in court costs and the manager Tom said if we got it in before the 7 day mark they wouldn't take us to court. The bathroom is way to small especially the shower as you barely have room to turn around and the calking on the tub is coming off. Oh and if you want pets this is a great place because there are lots of bugs....bed bugs and no they didn't come with us here. In the bathroom there is a small hole in the wall that has paint around it and I can see dead bugs trapped in the paint so they were definitely here before us. And of course we have to handle the problem ourself. I strongly do not recommend this place. The maintenance guy is really nice though. The office staff have terrible customer service "skills"

They ALWAYS were very helpful on the things that they were responsible for. I read other reviews on here of people complaining. As long as you are paying your rent an taking care of the things that you need to do, you will have no problems here. Also I have lived here on an off in many different trailers an NEVER once saw a rat!!! An it's not the managements responsibility to take care of people's domestic problems, that is what the police is for!!! I have kept coming back here for a reason, I have never had problems but I also paid my bills an didn't cause problems!! Great place if you are looking for affordable living!
