We lived here for a year and a half with our 2 young children and loved it. The owner is kind, helpful, and keeps the grounds very nice. Lots of trees and shade, which is wonderful. We would still live here if we were still full-time RVers. Monthly price is very reasonable.

The RV spots are really spacious for you to get out and play with kids or fur babies. All the neighbors have been really nice and are just working class people like anyone else. Cahil, the owner, has been very kind and honest. He surprised us with more gravel on our site one afternoon to make it easier to park 2 cars in front of the RV.

I hated that we had to leave and I wish a lot more places took pride in their places like he does. Community storm shelter, paved roads, quiet place, very well kept.
