Shadow Hills is a wonderful, all-ages mobile home community. The neighbors are very friendly. Sandy, our park manager and her assistant, Jason, are the best! The quality of life in this community has really improved since Sandy became the manager a few years ago. The park is much cleaner now, just about the only crime is kids doing dumb stuff and a ton of repairs and improvement have been made. Sandy and Jason really care about this park and its tenants. Whenever there's a problem, they are on it! ❤👉✌️I love living here!

The office staff was extremely helpful every step of the application process. Even though in the end I did not end up getting approved by the bank, I feel like Sandy and Jason did everything they could to try and make it work. I even brought them lunch to show my appreciation.
