Seven C's Community Reviews
My hubby and I were hoping to buy a 2nd home there to have a place to stay when we visit our children here in Utah county. We have a single 33 year old daughter who is very smart & kind but can not afford to live on her own yet. We had cash in hand but the manager was kind of salty and let us know that no one under 55 can live there even though we would live there too! Other wise it was a lovely community and we are sad that we did not get a chance to live there. Just a heads up.
July 23 · rosie tippettsThis is the best mobile home park in Utah. It is only for seniors and has a great atmosphere. My aunt just loves staying here. The location is spectacular and it is an incredible value compared to other mobile home parks in the area. The management is very helpful and the owners are dedicated to keeping the park in great condition.
July 20 · Meghan FrisbyGreat senior mobile/manufactured home community. It is safe, quiet and close to the freeway. Shopping and restaurants are walking distance from the park. The streets are wide and the lights are large. Each residence has their own grass and garden area. The streets are lined with huge mature shade trees. It is well maintained and clean.Management maintains the park tp the highest level and the tenants show pride of ownership. The park is regularly been updated and recently they repaved the roads. The senior center is only a couple blocks from the park and an easy walk.
April 05 · Donald PrzybylaGreat community for my Mom. It's a 55+ Very quiet, well maintained and friendly neighbors. The only downside is the manager can be rude, and invasive. Plus the fees keep going up!
November 01 · Repair GuyGreat place to live! Great location and easy access to stores, freeways, etc. Affordable living at its best.
