Sequoia Plaza Mobile Home Park Reviews
The place is really nice. They have remodeled it, and it looks great. Went to a grad party there and it was real nice. One of many negatives are that there isn't any parking to cater to the people that attend this place. There is parking in the surrounding areas, but don't trust that. One of my friends had her car towed away, even though the manager told her she could park there, and he/ himself called the towing company. The neighbors will also call security to have your car towed because they get upset you're taking up all the spots, even though that's what they are for!!! I was real upset at the manager, I tried to talk to him and he disappeared. I'm sure they have an agreement with the towing company. This place needs to make more parking spots to be able to serve the people attending this location. They rent it out, and then they shaft you by calling the towing company on you, really? But the place is nice and clean, wish the management was more honest though. I recommend it, I'm just warning you to be cautious with area you're in, and the parking situation.
Jul 24, 2017 · CG CruzClean community, nice people. Allows pets . Nice community area, park setting for families. Reasonable space rent. Very nice club house! Laundry rooms are ok,however the machines are way too small and the prices way,way too high! You definitely need to have your own laundry machines . That's the only reason I say 4 stars!
