Laura at front office is very sweet and helpful. Park is always loud and repairs on property take for ever to get fixed. Only have three dumpsters for 60 some trailers so trash is always all over the ground. Have not seen anything improve since moving here.

Well organized and great activities and special treats for all ages.. recommended by me as a place to stay for your homesteading needs.. come visit and meet the great residents. I find beauty everywhere.. especially inside .. thank you for sharing your professional skill and experience with us the residents. I wish it could stay that way,i know she is trying her best to make the park look nice...And thank you for giving us a start on the school supplies for the kids. The back packs and the added supplies were very helpful, and for that i thank you.

The sellers tried to take advantage of our situation of being homeless to get us to buy their extremely pour condition mobile home. I was pressured, not knowing what to do. I knew the place is literally falling apart, with MANY code violations that we couldn't afford to repair. Being homeless, and finally finding a home to purchase, it was hard to decide what was the correct thing to do. After talking to Deborah and getting her professional advice, I was 100% relieved and confident to turn the offer down. She's been trying to help find us a home to get my wife and children off the streets. She truly cares about people, including her tenants. Something rare, you don't see often in trailer parks. THANKS AGAIN, DEBORAH!!!
