The park was once a great community. Seems like the last couple years have drastically changed. There's a crazy amount of traffic and not good traffic. This definitely affects our home value. Also this park will soon look like "Villa Huntington Beach" on Slater. There are residents renting rooms and seeing random males on foot in and out without knowing what their history is also not good for a community who have children living here. Management's focus will not only cause investors to loose money but loose homeowners who work hard to pay their mortgage and follow California laws of home ownership.

The manager though he is a control freak he closed the pool because some idiot kid broke in at night and he had it shut for a month he blamed it on the people who lived there. He tells us not to park somewhere, but he has no where for guests to park. The only guest parking is bye people who live there that have no where to park. He again shut the pool for repairs, it has been three months. All he was doing was adding in new jets in the hot tub and painting.
