The manager, Julie, is really sweet, caring, and helpful; she was a resident before she became the park manager and really cares about the residents. The location is convenient to highways 78 and 15, Palomar and Kaiser hospitals and medical offices, close to public transportation, shopping, and much more!

I absolutely enjoyed living here taking care of her. Quiet environment kind hearted residents who truly care and come together under tough circumstances. The people here genuinely take care of one another. Management was awesome! I love Julie! She's the best.. definitely deserving of the manager position. Very selfless caring and supportive. The maintenance crew are amazing!! Those were my guys! Always so cheerful and happy to help with anything! I Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone to become a resident in! I will truly miss having this place as my home...

She feels safe, and park is well maintained. My kids and I love the pool area when visiting, and we have used the recreation room for a party and it has a large kitchen, with TV and pool tables. Free to use to all residents. I'm very happy my mom lives at San Marcos Estates.
