- Community Management: A management team is usually on-site or readily available to address resident concerns, enforce park rules, and oversee general operations.
- Utility Connections: Standard utilities such as water, sewer, and electrical hookups are generally provided to each mobile home space. Some parks may include certain utilities in the space rent, while others require residents to set up individual accounts.
- Maintenance of Common Areas: The park management is responsible for maintaining shared facilities and common grounds, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all residents.
- Rent Stabilization Ordinances: In San Leandro, mobile home parks benefit from the city's Mobile Home Space Rent Stabilization Ordinance, which was adopted to implement rent control for mobile home spaces. This offers residents a level of protection against excessive rent increases.

San Leandro Court Mobilehome Park Reviews
So what can I say about San Leandro. Honestly it's a nice town. But seriously way too much congestion on the road and in the stores.. There's just way too many people here. At the restaurants I went to Denny's and waited 30 minutes to get seated. Went to Safeway and there were so many people in there I waited 45 minutes just to check out. I really like San Leandro as far as the town itself it's so close to the Bay in San Francisco. But other than that I made it back to Reno Nevada on Friday.
