This RV Park is amazing! The owners are some of the nicest people I’ve met on the planet! There was a thunderstorm that night and they offered us a place to stay out of the rain instead of worrying under our tent! The amenities were top-notch and the renovations that have been done are fabulous! We can’t wait to visit again! If you are near Punkin or New Waverly staying here is a no-brainer! 5/5 stars!! Highly recommend!
Dec 17, 2021 · andrew endresApril 2022. I spent two nights at Sam Houston RV Park in New Waverly. It offered everything I needed it. Jodee and Carlton were kind, friendly and offered support without being intrusive. The park has full hook ups at a reasonable price. The new clubhouse offers everything a camper would need. A new pool is in the making. I found it to be the perfect spot for my travels in to The Woodlands.
Apr 10, 2022 · Darlene Brightbill3rd party ran venue, stayed 3 nights and would not recommend this area. Domestic violence, police, loose barking dog, place is falling apart.
Feb 28, 2023 · TylerWould be great under new management. Mr cliff is an amazing man he keeps the property up. The managers how ever like too much drama. Had moved there for a bit the managers wife constantly rude to my disabled husband stole his cash app card got caught on camera at county line trying to use it as well as went to my job lieing to my coworkers and boss trying to break us up and caused so many more problems for us. Great place once the current managers leave and hopefully Mr cliff will take over. Hope the owners see this and would contact me amber and her husband really r not good for his business. They lie and steal Cody even came to my job and tried to charge me up like I'm afraid of a man but wouldn't have the same energy with my disabled husband.
Aug 30, 2023 · Barbara SimpsonAfter 3 days of camping in a pasture we were looking for somewhere to pump out before returning home. Heading out Hwy 150 between New Waverly and Coldspring we remembered a new Sam Houston RV Park. We pulled in hoping they could help out even if we weren’t staying there. What a welcoming surprise when the husband and wife management team came out to greet us and understood our needs . When Clayton noticed my husband had some physical impairments he jumped in doing the hook ups and disconnects himself. Jodie told me all about the renovations to the park and what’s next on the agenda. The park is clean, well groomed and ready for guests, so glad we stopped there.
