It's a really great place to live, everyone is very friendly around the RV park and the landlords are very nice and respectful. The grounds guy keeps up with the lawn every week and keeps it looking fresh!!

She was rude, smart mouthed and refused to give me the owners information. People, there are sooo many more RV places in San Leon, I would suggest using ANY OTHER.
Mar 20, 2024 · Erin BridwellHad a good friend that lived there I helped them move in ....there was black mold in the first rv they tried to rent them and they acted like it was all fine then they told them they wanted a different one and it took them over 2 weeks to just get the paper workin order for them to move in a different one ....the one they moves them in to had black mold also .....I'm sure all the rvs have unaddressed issues....there was always bugs in the rvs to like Flys and roaches they provided a futon that was infested with roaches ....the owners where always very rude when asked about fixing issues or it just never got done
