I’ve been here over a year, and I’ve had no problems. There is a restriction about dog breeds. There is more to the review above that’s not been said. He has only had to have 2 people leave in over a year. Landlord is very helpful and friendly to everyone. The only downside is we’re right on Hwy 127, and it’s busy at times.There’s only 9 sites, which personally I like, because it’s easier to get to know your neighbors. Which most have been really nice.It’s a beautiful area to get out and explore, and about a 45 minute drive to Chattanooga.
