May 27, 2019 · Danny M. JacksonI would steer clear from this one. Obviously, this place looks really nice, but it very poorly ran. Search elsewhere for less headaches. Such a shame. Might do well under better management. The response from the park regarding my review isn't even related to the issues I have. So it's just a generic response post with no intention of fixing anything. Don't be discouraged. There are great places to live and visit nearby with amazing owners!
Sep 25, 2024 · Will FosterWe have been a part of this community for 5 years and love it! So greatful for the Hickman’s! If you are lookin for an amazing, safe place to live you’ve come to the right place!
Sep 25, 2024 · Reggie ThomasI went to look at the lot. The yard hadn't been mowed and the grass was about ankle deep but I decided to take it. I met Linda. At first I asked if I could pay the deposit the next Friday when I get paid she told me that they can't hold it that long. I told her that I wanted it and would bring the deposit back the next day as I don't have checks. She said okay that is fine. I want to pay the rent in 2 payments for direct deposit from my check straight to the payer site. I was never told that I had to give a check for the deposit and was told I needed to bring cash back. I left there contacted Rose and let them know I was taking the lot. About 10 minutes later I get a text from Linda saying the lot was no longer available. I called her to find out that someone else came right after and she let them have it instead. Linda had agreed to let me have it and come back to give the deposit the very next day. That is very untrustworthy. This was very disappointing and found it very unprofessional. This is not a place I would want to give my business as I feel she made an agreement to let me come back to give the deposit and my granddaughter was there and heard the conversation between Linda and me. Very unprofessional. I then get A text message from Rose that this is the way they do business and I could look at the new park in Princeton in January. I told her no thank you as I no longer trust her or her employees. A person is only good as their word...enough said.
Sep 07, 2019 · Melissa BuckleyWe have been living at RV villas for about 2 1/2 months now and we’re the first residents to move in. We asked to move in early to our reserved spot as the one we were renting temporarily had the original residents returning early. We CHOSE to live in a construction area to keep from moving to another temporary park. Construction has been delayed as this has been the rainiest fall and winter in record in many years. Daily I watch the crew working very hard to finish the projects left to do. Mark and Rose, the owners have been very nice and keep us updated on the progress. Andrew, Chris and the rest of the work crew are very nice, polite and hard working and we see daily progress on our lot and the rest of the park. In fact, the park is nearly full! This park is designed for those of us who choose to live full time in our RV’s and it exceeds our expectations for us and our pets.
