The park manager is a joke ! I have done what I can to comply and make the manager happy. It's impossible. I have violations on my door but yet there are other people doing the same thing get to go Scott free. The harassment is real and I don't wish this place on my worst enemy.

She has cameras on her home pointing at certain residents homes that she has her own personal vendettas with. Would not recommend at all. Refuses to deal with Raccoon or rodent problem and constantly fines residents for littlest issues. 0 out of 5 stars. Need new management

Worst management company I have ever encountered. Why reach out to you's? I sent a list of concerns almost 2 years ago and nothing has been addressed or fixed, all you's do is say stuff thinking it will passify us, well guess what it doesn't.

Also as it gets warm more teens are on the street and causing trouble.Now after living in this park I have had to deal with a water leak under our home from an under ground pipe break. It still has not been fixed and it has been three years a d I sti.l have water sitting under the mobile and our skirting is still off because of animals getting under ther and using it as a litter box. Problems don't get fixed but manager sure complains if something is not right about your yard. I still give this park 1 star.
