Rosemount Woods Reviews
This is an awful place to live simply because of the management! I've had no issues with my neighbors but the park makes it impossible to enjoy living here. After living here for a year and a half, a park employee falsely claimed that we weren't allowed to walk our dogs inside the park. It is a dog friendly community (or so they claim) I expect it had more to do with my dog's size and breed, although they have no restrictions and knew we had him moving in. Management appears to favor some tenants over others and speaks aggressively to tenants. They have continued to restrict what we are allowed to do in our yards. As of January 1st 2024, no pools or trampolines allowed. Outdoor kids toys and bikes are not allowed to be out and visible. Our lot rent has gone up twice since moving in but improvements are lacking. They will dismiss your concerns and harass you over small, petty things. They are hit or miss in the winter getting the roads cleaned. Do not move in!
Jul 29, 2024 · Sheryl SchmidtPark continues to remove community space for additional homes but in three years have not added any homes. Removed the field where kids used to play and slide in the winter. Removed the quiet park where adults and families would picnic. All for homes that have not been brought in. Removed storage area. Recently banned all pools and trampolines. Safety issues with broken fence over a retaining wall for two+ years.
Jul 29, 2024 · Troy AyersTerrible park management! Extremely high lot rent with zero perks! They don't maintain the park. Street lights do not get turned on at night because they're too cheap to pay for it. Can't have anything in your yard! Snow removal is always hours and at times days after it snows. Cats everywhere outside that people don't take care of. The list goes on for days!
Jul 29, 2024 · Amber WaldFalse advertising of the park.Manager is a narcissist and sexist. Will try to hound the female of the house but never attack the male. “Well maintained basketball court” does not meet what most would consider maintained at all. Contaminated soil that they deny but also acknowledge…Park still advertises RV storage but in fact does not offer that. Pool isn’t on site with plenty of room for one. (I think the soil is preventing any further building?)Majority of the people in the park are amazing. It’s really just terrible management from a guy whose not even on site 🤣🤦🏼♀️Rent hike EVERY year.
Jun 02, 2024 · Megan FrameI have lived here for 8 years now and this place sucks. Yes i have had great times here with my family but i wouldnt suggest living here. They over charge you on your lot rent and with the money you pay for lot rent here is the equivalent price for a better house. This place is fine for temporary living but I would not suggest full-time living here. The best part about living here though is some of the people most of the people in this neighborhood are very nice and most of us stick up for each other whenever someone's in need. But i really wouldnt want to live here anymore if i could pay for a better house😊
