Rosehaven Estates Reviews
They do not keep the grounds up. The pool. An area on the RV side has too many outside cats the poop all over and around other RVs. Inconvenient for people in RVs that close the gates on that side early and they shut pools down early. A code with a gate. People 55 and older are responsible enough to use the pool and use access to the gate responsibly that would be respectful to them to allow them to utilize the pool especially when it's hot in the summertime.
Jun 19, 2025 · TamycanNew manager and new review! Hiring the best I see! We have now been told the pool will not be fixed for a long time because we keep breaking it and Roots dont have the money in the budget to fix it. The new manager said it would cost 15,000 to fix it so if we want to swim in it we can swim in cold water! And they are not going to fix it because people are ruining it with sun tan lotion. How do other parks maintain theirs? I’m happy to leave this review in disgust once again to this place after our rent just went up another $50 a month with a cold pool that isn’t going to get fixed. Over 350 people paying rent in this park which at $50 more a month is $17,500 but can’t fix the pool!???? I will make sure I do everything in my legal right to get the word out if the problem isn’t handled with. The pool has been broke for over a month now and we have had nothing but excuses since and now this tops it all! You definitely got your Perfect replacement for the previous manager cause we delt with the same crap! You shouldn’t advertise the large heated pool as heated if you plan not to get a new heater for it. We should get money back when things get taken away and don’t work not a rent increase.
Jan 06, 2025 · Jeff KitchensI am frustrated about a water leak in my backyard. I have left several messages (voice mail and in person) over the past 3 months. 3 days ago the water was off in the park but no one knew why. Then the office told me it would be back on by noon. I left for work at 2 and it wasn’t. The next day the water that came out was brownish so I called and had to leave a message. The following day I got a call back saying the water would be on soon. I thought what?? Water is on and brown and by that time it had resolved itself. So I also reminded her of the leak and was told “ the maintenance workers are backed up and will get too your maintenance request as soon as they can.” After all this time I said? It takes 4 months for a water leak? The old manager never made tenants wait this long.
Apr 11, 2025 · Joeal MarieMade A reservation for my parents to stay one night they got there right around 5 PM when they were closing Sherry, who works in the office did an exceptional job helping them and we appreciate her very much. However, this morning, my parents got up to leave at 7 AM. All the gates were closed and they were not able to get out everybody that is saying their long-term that the gates are normally open at 7 AM. We have made numerous phone calls to try to get them to come open the gates, but nobody will respond. Finally 2 1/2 hours later an older lady comes over. Says she is the manager just as cranky as you can be. Basically tells them that the gates aren’t gonna be open and that they can find another way out. I would not recommend staying here if you do not wanna leave at your own leisure and I would not recommend staying here unless you like to be locked in.
Feb 25, 2025 · K BrunnerUPDATE: POOL IS AT 78 DRGREES AND CLOUDY AND THE WEEKEND IS COMING. THAT MEANS NO BIG POOL AGAIN. I WILL NOT DEAL WITH THE OFFICE SINCE THEY KEEP YOU PLACATED WITH UNTRUTHS. NOTHING IS DONE!!! NOONE FROM THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY CALLS YOU TO HELP WITH THIS. I have been here over 2 years. At first it was great. My neighbors are wonderful. But now with both pools being cold and not being able to swim in them which is the only reason I wanted to live here. I swim everyday for several hours. But now I can't when the water temp is below 80. Another thing is I have a dead palm tree which hasn't been taken care of for 3 years. I was given several dates by management when it would be down, but it isn't. Now I have lots of bird poop on my patio area under that dead palm tree which is a health hazard. To sum it up. I love my mobile and my neighbors are great. But there are no activities and now no pools and rent keeps going up. Why should anyone move here now?
