There is a corporate office in Colorado called American Families whom just love to take advantage of the elderly and people on fixed incomes, the local staff is micro managed by Colorado and have no control over the property. I would stay again even though I know of the corporate issues. The property is safe and secure clean and well maintained. If Colorado would spend a little money on it it would be the best park in town. It is very pet friendly.
