A significant review highlights a long-term resident's dissatisfaction with the new management company, Lakeshore. The review explicitly mentions a dispute over an allegedly exorbitant water bill (over $500, including late fees, for a claimed 300,000 gallons of water in a month), which the management reportedly refused to correct despite clear discrepancies. This indicates potential issues with billing accuracy and management responsiveness. Another comment notes a person changed their mind about renting a space after reading about the water issues. Riviera Mobile Home Park Reviews
Well was thinking of renting a space here but definitely changed my mind after reading the young ladys review about the water.
February 07 · Paula Annette Beason BurnsLived here 12 years. Not a beautiful park but cheap enough. However, with the new Management company, Lakeshore, my view of the park has gone totally downhill. Anytime a park claims you use over 300,000 (yes that isn't a typo) of water in a month (that's the size of a 90ft pool 14ft deep) and REFUSES to admit it was an error in their monthly calculations, that Anyone can readily see, and still charges you $500+ INCLUDING late fees, then there is something really questionable going on with that company and/or employees. I wouldn't recommend this park since you have NO IDEA what they just might charge YOU unjustly for after you spend money to move here. We can't even afford go to small claims court to recoup it, even though we are in the right and can prove it. That's just wrong on so many levels!
