### What is Worth Choosing
For Utah residents looking for a place to call home, Riverside Village offers a compelling blend of affordability, natural beauty, and strong community management that makes it an excellent choice. The most notable advantage is the serene setting right next to the Weber River. This feature, mentioned by residents as "Pretty and Quiet" with a "bike path next to the river," allows for an elevated outdoor lifestyle that is difficult to find in other affordable housing options in the Ogden area. Imagine stepping out your door onto a trail that follows the river, with the scenic Ogden Valley mountains as your backdrop. This is a level of natural immersion that truly sets the community apart.
Beyond the picturesque location, the community’s commitment to cleanliness and a high standard of living is a major factor worth choosing. A visitor's review, though not a resident, stated that "Every time I have been there it always looks so clean, there's no trash or a bunch of people outside looking at you while you drive through like some other places I have been," and that the homes "look so nice and inviting." This speaks volumes about the effective and caring nature of the management team, whom residents have described as "really nice and understanding." The professional oversight ensures that property standards are upheld, which directly contributes to the community's high quality of life and residential pride. By choosing Riverside Village, you are choosing a clean, quiet neighborhood with attentive management, rather than a place plagued by neglect.
The final factor is the strong value proposition for homeownership. In a state where housing costs continue to rise, Riverside Village provides an accessible path to owning a home in a fantastic location. Residents gain the benefits of owning a physical asset—more space, a personal yard, and greater stability—often at a more manageable price point than traditional homes. When you combine this affordability with family-friendly amenities like a playground and basketball court, and the proximity to major shopping, dining, and freeway access, Riverside Village becomes one of the most practical and appealing options for starting a new chapter in the Ogden region of Utah. It's a place where you can afford a home and enjoy the renowned beauty of the Utah outdoors.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I don't actually live at Riverside Village, but I have been there to visit a good friend of mine. Every time I have been there it always looks so clean, there's no trash or a bunch of people outside looking at you while you drive through like some other places I have been.. 😐 the homes are all taken care of and look so nice and inviting! I have only heard good things about the place and my friend says she really likes living there and the manager is really nice and understanding.. I would definitely live there if I needed a place didn't already have my own place and could afford it!!!

January 31 · RYAN FERGUSONTried for weeks to get an application for this village because we found a home that would be perfect for us, as we are adding a fourth to our little family and are currently running out of time.We finally got an application after playing so much phone tag with the manager/owner and the constant “yes I’m here”, but she never was, even with calling 5 min before showing up.Got it turned in because we were against another family who wanted the same place. The owners of the home were waiting to get both ours and the families HOA applications approved before making a decision.Come to find out, the manager/owner never ran ours, she saw no point in it after a week because just today they told her they’re going with someone else. Which wasn’t true. Our realtor warned us about her and how hard it was to get into this park, but we didn’t realize the extent of how incredibly unprofessional and constantly unavailable she is. We honestly should’ve read all the reviews…My FIL owns a lot of properties and he’s appalled at how she handles things.Good luck anyone who lives/wants to live here!Edit; She called us before 9am telling us she read this review, told us to blame the realtors, and went off about how she manages 3 parks.Realtors don’t control your job, yes, they can influence by bringing clients, but they don’t control it. They sell the homes, advertise and communicate between you and the clients. They don’t do the HOA part for you, manage it for you, tell you how to read applications properly, nor can they tell you to run them. It’s the no organization to how you ‘manage’ these parks and not taking any responsibility is what we have a problem with.We took an application to another park, it was ran the same day, rather than waiting an entire week and just up and deciding not to run it at all.
February 22 · Kenzie CockfieldI've lived here for 20 years. I've had 3 managers during this time. The first 2managers we're great and polite. This manager has favorites. She doesn't work well with people We used to have a Free summer chicken dinner and get together every summer. She put a stop to this. We used to get a monthly news paper now we don't. The rent is raised way to much. I like my home and neighbors. If you want to talk to the owners you will not be able to communicate with them. I'm sorry this is negative but it's the truth.
October 22 · Christina PalmerI lived here for a couple years and it's an excellent trailer park. The landlord can be strict, but very nice and understanding. Some of the tenants aren't the most outstanding types of people, but if you don't bother them, they won't bother you. Very warm, safe feeling community in Riverdale. Right next to the Weber river. Very cozy.
