Manufactured home parks, commonly known as mobile home parks, operate on a model where individuals typically own their manufactured homes and lease the land or lot on which their home is situated. This arrangement can often provide a more accessible and affordable path to homeownership compared to traditional stick-built houses, making it an attractive choice for a diverse range of individuals and families across Minnesota. The overall quality of life within these communities is significantly shaped by the park's management, the maintenance of common areas, and the responsiveness to resident needs.
Riverside Mobile Home Park, managed by Twin Peaks Management, has garnered feedback from residents that highlights both positive aspects and areas for improvement. While some residents express satisfaction with the current managers and owners, describing them as "awesome" and caring about the community, other feedback points to concerns about promised improvements not being realized, inconsistencies in rule enforcement between different areas of the park, and the need for better investment of rising rent money back into infrastructure like roads, driveways, and playground equipment. This article will delve into the park's location, the services it aims to provide, its features, and contact information, offering a comprehensive picture for those considering it as their next home.

- Affordable Housing Opportunity: Manufactured home parks generally provide a more budget-friendly path to homeownership compared to traditional stick-built homes, making it an accessible option for diverse individuals and families in Minnesota.
- Potential for Improvement: One review highlights that management has communicated plans for "big improvements" such as fixing roads, putting in new driveways, and sidewalks, and overall playground equipment upgrades. While the review notes these haven't fully materialized, the expressed intent indicates an awareness of areas for enhancement.
- Open Community Spaces: The mention of playground equipment, even if needing an "overall," suggests the presence of recreational space for children within the park. Similarly, the office having a "large area that could be a storm shelter or even rent out the room for parties" points to potential communal gathering spaces.
However, it's important to acknowledge resident concerns. One review explicitly mentions "double standards" in rule enforcement between the front and back of the park, and a strong desire for management to "follow through on the things they say they are going to get fixed or improve on." Issues like "rotting away" driveways and sidewalks, and unattended dog waste also suggest areas where current features may not meet resident expectations.

Riverside Mobile Home Park Reviews
This Summer we had a chance to meet the couple that comes here every other summer, they are the ones that bring in their 5Th wheel and stay in that while they assess this mobile home court. When we talked to management we were told about all these great things they were going to improve on here this summer and they couldn't wait to see all these big improvements happen as well!! To start with for the folks that live in the front of the park, the Management will strongly suggest how our yards should look and what we can and can't have in our said yards or driveways! But, as we drive around this park and see all the stuff that the people living in front of the park are told Not to have in our yards or driveways it seems to be a double standard because those living in the middle to the back of the park can have things items, extra in there yards or driveways that those in front can't!! Management also told us they are going to be fixing all the roads & putting in New driveways & sidewalks throughout the park, what happened? There are plenty of driveways and sidewalks that are rotting away, and or will fill with water as well! The playground equipment really could use an overall! The office has a large area that could be a storm shelter or even rent out the room for parties! Some of the residents that have dogs never pick up their dog's poop so if you happen to be walking your dog or just walk by the yards that do have dogs it just really smells like dog Crap!!! Yuck-Peew!! So All in all it would be extraordinary to see management follow threw on the things they say they are going to get fixed or improve on throughout this mobile home community!! After all, they keep raising our rent every year, so why can't some of that money be invested back into our community??
Oct 12, 2024 · Shannon BergI’ve lived on and off on this mobile home Court most of my life and the current managers and owners are awesome.
Jul 30, 2024 · Trevor SwedinTypical mobile home community, I couldn't have asked for much improvement. The quality of the park is mainly based on the trailers themselves, I don't expect everyone there to have beautiful yards and a newly sided trailer. Manager is very kind and willing to work with issues before extreme actions, but understand they are there to provide a service and will need to cover their behinds.
Oct 12, 2015 · drew coxRent is above it's scale of what they offer. Winter plowing sucks. Maintenance people are truly not qualified to do what they do.
Apr 01, 2018 · Joe AllisonThey dont repair the rental homes. They make the renter pay for all repairs regardless of the issues.
