Sites are unpaved, typically hard-packed sand, but well-maintained.
Full RV Hookups: Sites come with full hookups, including 30 and 50 amp electric service, water, and sewer connections. This ensures that campers have all necessary utilities for a comfortable and self-sufficient stay.
Clean Bathhouse with Showers: While one older review mentioned roach issues in the bathhouse (a point for the management to address), more recent reviews highlight that the bathrooms and showers are exceptionally clean, with one guest even stating they are "nicer than the ones I have at my house." This commitment to cleanliness is a significant comfort for campers.
Laundry Facilities: On-site laundry facilities are available, providing a convenient option for guests on extended stays to clean their clothes.
Propane Refills and Camp Store: The campground offers propane refills for cylinders and onboard tanks. A small camp store sells wood, ice, and limited non-perishables, ensuring basic necessities are easily accessible.
Community Clubhouse: There is a clubhouse available, which some reviews mention is open for morning coffee and planned social events like game nights and potluck dinners during winter months. This fosters a sense of community among campers.
On-site Dump Station: A dump station is available for guests, though some older feedback suggested it might be uphill from some parking spots, which is worth noting.
WiFi Access: Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the park, powered by Century Link with repeaters to provide access from various campsites. Private service may also be available at sites with phone jacks.

River's Edge RV Campground Reviews
Sites are large and the price is great. The only thing preventing a 5 star rating is the roach infestation in the bathhouse. Just chare an extra 5 or 10 bucks a month and hire an exterminator. The price would still be well under everyone else.
May 02, 2025 · Josh BierlyThe cleanest and nicest campground I've ever seen. The RV spots are very level so I didn't really need to do much to park the RV at all. Easy hook ups. Incredible variety of native bird species flying above to entertain us. The bathrooms and showers are nicer than the ones I have at my house. If I end up in the area again, I will definitely return here. The campground is VERY KID FRIENDLY. The jumping pillow and playground provided a place for all the kids in the area to congregate and play together. I've never seen our kids have so much fun!
Aug 09, 2024 · Trent NormanWe found this wonderful campground because it was close to our daughters home in Crestview. The staff was very helpful and could not have been any better! The campground is very nice, they have a laundry, bathrooms and lots of spaces. We used the storage area as well for a week and that was really convenient for us.You will not go wrong staying here at the location , the staff are friendly and very helpful and kind. We will be staying here again for sure!
Apr 02, 2024 · Michael GringSuch a great place to stay over while on a long distance trip. It was located about a mile off highway. They had the envelope for us at the office when we got in really late. They placed us close to office in an easy pull through site. It was dark so we couldn’t really see much, but it was woodsy and seemed really cool. Best part was we couldn’t hear the highway from the grounds. My husband used the showers in the early morning and said the water was hot and it was fine. We had water and power which is all we needed. We left early in the morning before sun rise. Price was so great especially since we only stayed 8 hours. Will definitely make it a stop every year. Thanks for accommodating us last minute on our way home for Christmas.
Dec 23, 2023 · Jennifer McDonaldLocation is great. We stayed a week in the back, it wasn't bad. Then we moved to the front for a couple of days. We were going to stay another week, the first day we had moved to the front. Apparently someone had complained about my kids riding their bikes. Said if they had more complaints we would have to leave. We paid and left to town. It's a good thing we only paid for one day because they called me at 10:40am an hour after we paid at 930am for another night. And told us they had more complaints and we had to leave the next morning at 12. Even tho we weren't even there. If we would've paid for the week we would've been out of the money, bc they have a no refund policy. My husband was working in Jacksonville. He had to get off work and drive almost 5 hours. He didn't get home until 5am. He slept a few hours, At 1030am the maintenance knocked on our camper and said 'y'all suppose to be out in 30 minutes'I told him the office lady told me 12. Then about 1130am they parked across from our rv watching us, I guess to make sure we were packing up.
