Now that I have received my reimbursement security deposit for rent, I’d like to write a review/complaint concerning Ridgewood Manor owned by Bayshore Homes RHP, located in Manheim, PA.I listed my home for sale June 2023 through a realtor. Her and I were thoroughly on the ball the entire process. On the other hand, working with the property manager at Ridgewood was a complete catastrophe, nightmare, and headache.This person was very unprofessional, incompetent, a liar and dropped the ball several times during this transaction. It was truly unacceptable! But what’s a person to do that is trying to sell their home?!? The Regional Manager had to step in to complete the transaction after I called in a complaint to the corporate office.I spent a lot of extra unnecessary money due to the incompetence of the property manager. Obviously I had to plan ahead for relocating to a different area: a moving truck, movers, hotel, cleaning and so forth. I could have stayed in my home an extra two weeks without accumulating the hotel expenses. The closing was pushed two weeks later after it was originally scheduled basically leaving me bouncing around between 2 towns until we were able to close.Err on the side of caution when thinking about Ridgewood. When I purchased there, it was family owned. Now it is corporate owned.The neighborhood is lovely, the people are very friendly but it has zero amenities.
