Strangest check-in I have ever experienced. I never saw anyone on site. All was done through the internet. Also, train tracks run along side of park vibrating rv when they pass by. Well laid out and seems to be well kept.
Jun 28, 2025 · David SteeleThis is a clean, well kept, quiet park. It's no frills though, the only amenity being the laundromat. But it is all paved. Prices are competitive for the area.

Sep 04, 2021 · Michael Majoue SrStopped over for one night and pluses are friendly, easy registration, decent price, sizable sites, great wifi, and large laundry room. But only four stars because no showers, restrooms, or picnic tables. Oh and gorgeous sunset.
Jul 28, 2022 · StephenWe sheltered here during the recent and very bad storm Uri. The owners were very nice and helpful. The park had full utilities when many of the others didn't have electricity, water, or both. On top of that, the wifi was the best we've ever experienced. It was possible to stream HD content off it. All the pads were new concrete and there was also a large laundry facility. There was a train that passed by a few times a day but that wasn't too bad. Great place to stay if you need to overnight while traveling along the I-10. Rates were very reasonable.
