Redline Installation Reviews
Redline installed our manufactured home that we ordered through Golden West in Chico.Rod and his crew were easy to get a hold of, and did a great job prepping our lot for the home, installing and finishing it.From the day our home was delivered to our lot to the day it was finished took about 10 weeks. They were there almost every day to get things done, several times workers were there late or on the weekend to finish the job.All workers were pleasant and respectful, and did a quality job finishing our home.
Jan 21, 2020 · Emily ZimmermanRedline did the set up and placement of my manufactured home. To be honest, they did a wonderful job and it looks great. There were a few miner glitches, but those were repaired. The only complaint I have regarding the set up, is that I specifically stated from the beginning that I wanted the home at ground level. It did not turn out that way. Only on one side. I understand the slope was more than expected, but really wish something more could have been done before it was placed. As for the rest of their work...They built me a two car garage and joined it to my home with a breezeway and a concrete patio which turned out beautifully. Several professionals have even commented on the quality of the work. And besides that, they went over and above to help me make the areas for my dogs accessible for me, by building a ramp and railing, and then tweaking it so it could be used by my dogs.Redline has been over swamped with work since the Camp Fire in Paradise in 2018. They are doing as much as they can to get people back in their homes and to our Home Town. They are very much appreciated by me. ~Becki Jackson~
Apr 09, 2022 · Becki JacksonI purchased a home at Golden West & used Redline to get the ground work ready. Overall a good experience even though there was a delay due to shortage of staff/Covid etc. Cheryl was great answering all my questions, Nicole was awesome and Justin/Rodney were straight shooters. The staff that did our groundwork was amazing & went above & beyond. I highly recommend them!
Nov 07, 2022 · Dee MThey were fairly quickly and getting our home put up but when it came to our garage and whoever they subcontracted to we ended up with shotty work I have leaking from my back door laundry room into the garage when it rains and I haven’t been able to get anybody out there. When somebody comes up to take a look there is never any follow through.
