Conclusion: Why This Place Is Suitable for Locals
For residents across Georgia, particularly those in the Hephzibah and Augusta areas, Reasonable Living Mobile Home Park represents a potential housing option, especially for those prioritizing affordability and a quiet environment. The primary draw for many local Georgians considering a mobile home park is often the accessible price point compared to traditional housing. The mention of "nice remodel trailers" suggests that attractive, updated living spaces may be available, offering comfort at a potentially lower cost.
The park's location in Hephzibah provides a quieter, more relaxed pace of life, which can be appealing to those looking to escape the constant hustle of denser urban areas. Yet, its proximity to Augusta means that residents are not isolated from major amenities, employment opportunities, and services. This balance allows locals to enjoy a more suburban/rural lifestyle while still having convenient access to the resources of a larger city.
However, it is crucial for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence, as indicated by some customer reviews. While one review highlighted positive aspects like "peaceful and quiet place" and "nice remodel trailers," another raised serious concerns regarding maintenance responsiveness, potential safety hazards (leaks, sewage smell, black mold, electrical problems), and alleged issues with management. These are significant considerations for any housing decision. The review also brought up a distressing point about emergency egress during a storm, suggesting an initial lack of clear exit routes, which was reportedly rectified after a tragic event.
Therefore, while Reasonable Living Mobile Home Park may offer a quiet setting and potentially remodeled units at an affordable rate, it is imperative for local Georgians interested in this community to visit the property, inspect any potential units thoroughly, speak with current residents if possible, and engage directly with the property manager to address all concerns regarding maintenance, safety, and responsiveness. Asking specific questions about how maintenance requests are handled, emergency procedures, and current property conditions will be vital. For those seeking an affordable living solution in the Hephzibah area, this park could be an option, but a proactive and detailed investigation by the prospective tenant is strongly advised to ensure it meets their safety and living standards.

Reasonable Living Reviews
Nice remodel trailers. The best trailer I have ever stayed in. It's a peaceful and quiet place. We moved into another trailer it had leaks sewage smell, black mold, electrical problems potential fire hazards, slow on getting things fixed, it took 3 months to check our Electrical problems. They want the rent to be paid and not fix things promptly. The property manager is rude and thinks she knows it all. And doing the storm we had no way out, but then we found out we had a way out. That is because a man died. I spoke to him the day before. He told me that he had to go to dialysis. He missed it. He died the next morning. So that's when she said we could come out but couldn't park back by our trailer. I believe if he hadn't died we would be without a way out. I have pictures. I'm glad I left that place terrible management
Apr 30, 2025 · Charles BrooksThis place is a. Stereotype trailer Park that is full of vacant trailers. That are in different states of disrepair, ultimately lowering the property value of the nearby homes.Yet just out of curiosity I have been in contact with the management And they want condo rent for trash living
Jun 07, 2024 · Joel CarpenterLiving here has truly an redneck adventure. They won't put me a washer and dryer outlets, we live on top of septic tanks, yes TANKS. Sewage under trailer, fixed that problem, put up under penning. So county inspector didn't see. I asked to move , they are not doing that. So maintenance and management sucks. But the neighbors are great.
Sep 27, 2022 · Barbara MainesRedneck/ghetto trailer park. Lock your doors and don't forget your gun. I check on a friend who currently lives there helping to find a better place to live. I've already been asked twice if I want to buy drugs. I saw a used needle in the street as well right where I see some kids playing basketball (of course). Great place to live and raise your family! Wonderful neighbors who you can trust!
Dec 31, 2022 · I'm Just DavidThey honestly don't even deserve 1 star. Horrible place. Definitely would not recommend!Edited to add that I don't live there, but have visited and every trailer in the park looks run down.
