RANCHO MERIDIAN MOBILE ESTATE Reviews
“Affordable Living” they said. If you like HOAs, come here, if you don’t, then don’t. All management does is look for any violations. Some are fair some aren’t. Like if they see a little bit of weeds or grass, they’ll send a notice to charge you over $175 in 2 weeks. You aren’t supposed to have big dogs either, but I see many do.Hypocritical much, all they care is about property values, even if it means you’ll be spending lots of money for maintenance or looking for any way to charge you. Be warned.

Dec 12, 2017 · Cheryl “CeCee” ChevalierMy friend lives here. After stopping at about 60 other mobile home parks this one was the best idea location for him. Mobile home was nice need a little touch-up TLC which was done immediately his mobile home is absolutely beautiful on the inside and it's not a double-wide is more like a triple-wide or a double and a half wide which we seen a couple of them they're like that his part space rent is still fairly reasonable and it hasn't jumped up every year as with most parks. They have a pool and a game room here and I'm not trying to sell anybody on the park so check it out
