Rancho Marina RV Park Reviews
I had one hellova time getting my deposit back. I had to actually get a lawyer to send Monte Christo Properties a demand letter. In the end I got the money back, but 2 months later with MANY un-returned or un-answered calls to Monica with the company's Accounting department.I hear that this place will be under new ownership, and hopefully the new owners can turn Rancho Marina around. It has potential. If you go there right now, you are basically renting a gravel lot with undrinkable water. No really, you cannot drink the water there at this time. That was something they told me AFTER I signed all the papers and handed them my money. There is NO shade and a LOT of bird poop all over your RV and tow vehicle. Best of luck to them, but I'm not up for a second try with this place.

The park manager, Donna, is an exceptional individual who is dedicated to the well-being of the families residing there. She is approachable, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about the community. Under her leadership, the park is meticulously maintained and kept spotlessly clean. If you are seeking a new home, I wholeheartedly endorse Rancho Marina as an ideal choice.
May 21, 2024 · Dereck MosherReally nice, clean and great location. The manager Donna is very nice and always available when you have a question or need something. It's like living in your own little community. We're all like family! There is are some great shady spots as well. Spaces are good size. Best part is each spot has their own PGE meter and we pay our own bill. Employees are friendly, and really helpful when needed. A plus is your right across from the delta and within walking distance to Pizzaria and bar! Rent is really reasonable too. Love living here on the delta with great people, friends, and family!
