Rancho Escondido Reviews
It's a nice well-kept quiet gated community that I'm proud to be living in. People are respectful and one another, friendly and there's an atmosphere of safety here that doesn't exist in a lot of places around here.
Oct 05, 2023 · Jim boyerMy aunt and uncle live here. It's a nice mobile and manufactured home community. Where the residents own their own lots and pay a small monthly HOA. The community services are well run and maintained. Like all HOAs there is a bit of politics.
Sep 08, 2023 · Blaine MorganThe president of the HOA, last Sunday, jumped out of his golf cart, last Sunday in front of space 210. At this location resides a lovely little red head who is pushing a young 89. This lovely lady hired myself and fellow worker to do repairs at the space previously noted. When the president jumped out of his golf cart he had his finger straight out in front of him and was headed directly at my co-workers face. This is in direct violation of the HOAs bilaws; 22.1
