I went with my employer I guess you'd call him and we visited a man named John who is a very sweet kind man and had a super awesome house decorated from top to floor in Christmas decorations and it was just the cutest little thing I've ever seen.

Sep 20, 2022 · renaygarseeyaIts sort of small, I've only met a few people and they seem nice but it only allows 55 and older to live there. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because they allow crooked sales people to do business in there mobile home park, when I say crooked... I mean super crooked. If thinking of living there watch out for prestige mobile homes. They will bleed you dry and try to make you feel they are doing you a favor while robbing you. I've never in my life seen such a crooked company. In my point of view it should be the mobile home park to research who they let do business in there, if they bothered to research at all they would see they have that prestige sales company been sued many times, they have filed for bankruptcy to avoid paying people and they will never get your home done until they are threatened with a lawsuit. They will just blead you dry and smile the whole way and good luck on getting any legal documents to show what you have paid for. Most of that is NOT the mobile homes parks fault but they need to not let crooked people do business there for sure. If your reading this and doing business with prestige mobile homes? Tell them Cindy needs the deed to her home she's already paid for in 2013 and she wont stop until she get it from them, it would be in their intrest to get that to me before I take and add out in the paper telling the whole area what crooked people they are. This is just the start! am I a disgruntled person who did business with them? You bet ya! How would you like to buy a home with cash and never see your deed? The escrow company can't even get it. You have been warned if you work with these guys watch your back no mater what a good attorney you have or how smart you are.... Your going to get robbed, I can give 3 peoples name and number to back that up. Just remember its not slander if its true that's why I can right this without fear of retribution. This only came up on this page because somone in this park is going through it right now... Rancho Diablo.... Don't let this company riun your name and its going to happen. He's been stopped from selling from many mobile home parks and several escrow companies won't even work with them. Most contractors won't get paid either just watch out.
