It was always full of trashy mobile homes that probably should have been condemned but now they are all being replace with new homes and the atmosphere there is changing. Good job to the owners for cleaning it up.

The wall where they refused a water leak is molded.I spent the winter as could be because the holes between floor and wall and the windows. Would not recommend until they get it together. 💯
