Worse place to live. There are way to many cats running loose. There are sum people who have 10 dogs that bark all the time and chase kids. The management There is racist. They pick and choose who can do what. Sum people who live there can call at 3am and cuss the Manger out drunk and its ok nothing is said or done. The lease only applies to certain people who they want to kick out when others can do whatever they want. Rules are rules they can't pick and choose who it applies to. The whites and mixed couples can't do anything without something being said. The Mexicans can build building and additions on the trailer and its just fine no problem. I built a lil lean shed and was threatened to be kicked out if I didn't take it down. They over charge you on water bill and the late fee. If I was you don't even think about rameys to live you will regret it. Well let's see here I was coming back to visit a friend today and the manger Paul told me I was trespassing and I couldn't visit my friends and family. I never caused any trouble here or had the law called on me. Just because they decided not to renew my lease and was discrimination against me I think I'm gona talk to my lawyer about this. There ain't nothing in the lease about if you move out that you can't come back. Technically I was not kicked out so what part of that makes it liable for them to tell me I can't be in there and that I was trespassing. - Steve Switzer
