Rambling Acres Mobile Home Pk Reviews
I was super thankful to get accepted but it is hard to stay thankful when they mess up a lot and blame you for their failures. From charging my account correctly to repairs that were promised. It was a cluster of a mess to work with the local office lady. Linda understood what was up and was always willing to talk about it but her boss made it so complicated and nothing gets done like they say it will. The dumpster area is a true nightmare every day. I did not get my deposit back because of their accounting issues. Not because I did anything wrong or left damages of any kind. I am getting a lawyer to handle this matter. Oh, and a lot of the lots are dangerously steep.
Jun 25, 2025 · Dawn HoodHas its + and - 's. Dont expect any floor repairs if you have furniture in the room needing repair. I'm 76 and my wife is disabled from very serious heart and lung problems. We are unable to move it out. I guess we either need to call.health dept, building department or fall thru the holes and sue them. Now they can't wait to evict us for whatever reason they can find.!+
Jul 10, 2022 · Dennis HartleyI've lived here for years. I love the general manager Linda. She goes above and beyond to help her lessee and the maintenance crew do any job quick, and with the thought of the renters schedules in mind
Jan 26, 2021 · Kailee CusickUnder new management now but I'm sure the same problems still exist due to word of close friends and family. Trailers are in poorly renovated conditions. Due to close proximity of neighbors there is NO way to get rid of the bugs that exist across the whole park... I sprayed 2xs month set traps and finally had to just move because you couldn't touch it. Water bill runs excessively high... High than the power bill when brought to parks attention they simply said there was nothing they could do about it. Neighborhood is kid friendly and safe due to everyone having a slueth of children of their own. Reason for 1 stars- the ability to have kids roam around at all hours without having to worry hardly exists any more. Other star is for flexibility of moving in. If there isn't one open there will be soon. Good place to stay when in a bind or for necessity but exhaust all your other options first between rent and a water bill that matches rent you'll waste all your money.
Apr 13, 2019 · JosieKat0058Steep drive, older homes, to many speed bumps, manager was friendly and they had contractor come in to take care of roof repairs so they are taking care of their homes.
