R & M Mobile Homes Reviews
I lived here for a grand total of 3 years , multiple different owners ! I paid my rent religiously and never caused any issues My roof leaked for a good 2 years and after them finally replacing it my floors started bulging and my husband even fell through our floors all they did was jack it up never fix it ! Any issues I had they wouldn’t fix that park is a ticking time bomb ! The owners have let go so many things on these trailers for so long most of them are falling apart ! You feel air through your outlets and light switches , you pay $500 a month for a power bill and you tell them something wrong with the trailer but they would brush it off ! Rent is way overpriced and they truly don’t care about their tenants They just kicked my dad out who is on a monthly disability check bc he is blind ! They charge $1000 $250 a week for a tiny ass 2 bed 1 bath trailer and wouldn’t fix anything. 10/10 worst trailer park in dalton ga. DO NOT RECOMMEND !

Jul 06, 2025 · Michelle burkWe have been here for three days so far. My children love the play ground new play ground. Just one problem the other adults and children who live here leaves their trash all over the park. I think it would be the best idea too put a trash out there. Anyway everything going OK. We are still settling in. I've heard the pros and cons about this place. There is a few things I need fix like my bathroom floor is falling thru. And my kitchen floor in front of my sink is too. But I don't want it half fast fix I want it done the right way. But other than that so far I am loving it here. Except the motor policy. Motorcycles are a type of vehicle we should be allowed. I get not having side by side and stuff like that. But Motorcycles are a type of vehicle. Now on the pet subject um I don't really know I have really asked about that yet. But from what I see it's allowed bc some of the renters here have cats and dogs. There is one old male dog here who runs around loose I don't know his name but he has a massive scar on both back legs. I call him old man or Bubba but he is sweet and so far I notice he has a morning routine 🤣 which I love to watch him. He goes to each house getting up all scrap that's been thrown out and if there any kids or adults out he'll come to them if they invite him over and to have a few pets and then he is off to do whatever he does after all that. I'll let yall know more after I've been here alittle longer.
May 17, 2024 · Jennifer HefnerHaven't lived here yet. But hoping to be there soon! Just need a 2 bedroom. It'll just be my husband, my sister, and I living there. And plus we would be very close to my husband's parents and mine and my sister's grandmother if we need any help with anything. I was staying the night with my ex best friend and it was quiet and cleaned. Looked very nice. She told me before she moved out that it's under new management and said they are very nice. If there's anything available please let me know and how much it will be. Thank you! Have a blessed day!
