Portland American Mobilodge Reviews
The place is really nice for a trailer park. Places real clean, quiet place for old people to live. The place is only open for seniors, I think you got to be over 55 to apply. That being said, I helped and elderly friend of mine move in to a decent mobile home a couple weeks ago. My experience there was awesome. All the neighbors seemed really friendly and respectful. All the homes were well kept and matched a theme. The whole place looks safe and desirable.
September 05 · Jedi NinjaMy aunt lived there for many years. Nice pool, they use to have donuts on Fridays, a potluck in the summer at that time the park bought the meat. My aunt passed away in 2015. They try to keep the park clean. As with any group of people you have those who cause problems. Then people would go to the rec-hall and take things. Like the clock, silverware, toilet paper and paper towels. The hall is large enough for 20 people. Overall not bad.
April 29 · C. MoseleyEvery time I come to visit my freind, the park is always very quiet and clean. This shows the tenants and management work well together. There is a club house and a pool for warm weather. It is a 55 and older park, I would consider buying a home here.Convenient for Bus and close to restaurants and shopping. There is a market across the street and restaurants in the next blocks as well as a large cinema and car wash...
November 15 · Keith PetersonMy grandmother had three friends that lived there. They were severely intimidated numerous times by the management to lie to the authorities about how poor the repairs to their rented homes were done. I believe the threat was, "You know how fast these trailers burn down". None of them were able to move out, so they lived their last few years in fear of the management, and we're 'forced' to live in sub-standard conditions. Do not let loved ones move there.
