Sep 02, 2023 · Randy KhawajaBest price around and electricity is included, but very limited amenities. There is no pavement, so be prepared to walk on large, awkward rocks every day. The management is fantastic, however, incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. On-site laundry was $20/month and nearly always busy, I was glad we had our own washer to avoid the lines.
Jul 06, 2017 · Laura BowenNice quiet place for a family. We stayed here for a few months and loved it. Not a ton of fancy stuff but I like the grass field to play with my kids. Neighbors are quiet, some have dogs, and some smoke. I like going for walks in the neighborhood next door. The owner is on the property most days working on improvements. Just talk to him and he can accommodate most anything. Pretty close to grocery, walmart, post office, school, library, fast food, and everything else I needed.
Oct 08, 2016 · Laura OlsonAmazing community! Very quiet very friendly and welcoming environment...Theresa is an awesome manager, filled with love and very knowledgeable of Rvs for any newbies. The park is very clean. Hookups are easy to access. There is an onsite laundry center. They offer free wifi. I believe you are allowed 2 cars. The freeway (59) is 1 min away. Its near almost any store u can think of. Dog friendly. (depending on breed i believe) i have been here since august 2021 and i dont want to leave. You couldnt ask for more here. Words cant describe the feeling. IF YOURE LOOKING...STOP
Jan 16, 2022 · sirdonjohnson29Was a nice little park when first moved here, plenty of room, but with added spaces it's more crowded and had to move our trailer to a storage place, which was the reason we moved. Owner lives out of town now and repairs are practically nil....place stands in water and has mold growing, cant sit out side because the tables and chairs sink in the mud. Price.is reasonable but needs some major upkeep. And you never know if you are being told the were moved for repairs to our site it was a mud hole and before were able to move back someone else was in our site, without even talking to us about what worked for us to move back....now we are probably stuck in the mud hole site we were moved to for who know how long because of our jobs a.d busy schedules. #essentialworkers. Seems like long term renters here get screwed over.
