I believe although it’s not the best mobile home park it’s one of the most chill and relaxing type of parks out in the scv area. It has gotten better over the decades. It has security patrols so beware with parking outside the residence although the can be chill at times beware is all I’m saying and courteous. There’s minimal visitor parking at it gets full after business hours.
