Pleasant Heights Mobile Home Park Reviews
Do not move here. Since being bought out the park manager constantly harasses you. You have a grace period of 5 days after lot rent is due and if it’s not in by the 2nd she’s putting notes on doors. Not everybody gets paid on the 1st! She leaves notes on doors for absolutely everything. Harassed me about my cats vaccinations when it doesn’t even go outside while there is a whole family of stray cats in the neighborhood! I cannot wait to move my trailer out of here.
Apr 02, 2025 · Kaydence CoxGreat place to live if you like your water off multiple times a week, for multiple hours, for several weeks in a row without any notice or schedule of maintenance. Can’t tell you the amount of times I have been in the shower and the water just cuts out. It’s not even the same time everyday, so you can’t plan. Paying for water you have only 50% of time is lovely.

Feb 15, 2025 · Mary Jane HarrisonWhen will the rent increases end? The price for lot rent per month will be over $ 400.00 plus all utilities, this is absurd. People on fixed incomes, others having their pay or hours cut due to covid -19 .. how do you expect them to be able to pay ? Heartless, selfish, this company is only thinking about their own personal profits. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!
Jul 09, 2020 · Ivyrose GoswickI've lived here for 20 years & this place is horrible to live in since this company took over. We've been without water for days & nothing is being done about it. I can't wait to find somewhere else to live!
