Being a mobile home park the area is set up quite nicely. There's small yards (front and back) for each home for pets, kids, or just to garden. The community is nice and kid friendly. There's is a park here for kids as well along with a basket ball hoop to keep kids of all ages entertained. There's plenty of nearby places for quick food and gas. And for larger towns, you don't have to go to far to reach one.
