Pioneer Mobile Home Park Introduce
**Pioneer Mobile Home Park** provides an important and increasingly valuable option for affordable living within the greater Portland metropolitan area, specifically nestled in the charming and uniquely named town of Boring, Oregon. As a dedicated **Mobile Home Park**, it serves as a community where residents can enjoy the benefits of homeownership—owning the manufactured structure—while leasing the land, which often translates to a significantly lower entry cost compared to traditional site-built homes in Clackamas County.
Built to accommodate approximately **100 units** on a single story, this community, established in the early 2000s, offers a quiet, peaceful atmosphere while maintaining easy access to the excitement of the city. Pioneer Mobile Home Park is known to be an **all-ages community**, which welcomes individuals, families, and retirees, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. The homes within the park vary in size and vintage, offering options from smaller single-wide units to larger double-wide homes that frequently feature modern upgrades such as new roofs, updated interiors, and extensive storage solutions.
The community's location in Boring offers a distinctive suburban or semi-rural feel, allowing residents to escape the immediate hustle of inner-city Portland while remaining close enough for convenient access to employment, culture, and entertainment. Known for its appealing location between Portland and the stunning Oregon Coast, the area around Boring is valued by residents who appreciate the blend of Pacific Northwest nature and urban proximity.
However, prospective and current residents should be fully informed about the human element of this community. Public feedback has raised serious and consistent concerns regarding the management and ownership. Reviews describe the manager as untrustworthy, unprofessional, and potentially biased, with allegations of sharing tenants' personal information and creating arbitrary barriers to entry. Separately, the property owners have also been described as unprofessional and disrespectful in their interactions with staff, which could contribute to a challenging environment for both residents and employees. It is highly advisable for anyone considering moving to Pioneer Mobile Home Park to engage with the current property ownership and management with utmost caution and verify all terms and conditions in writing.

Pioneer Mobile Home Park Reviews
Tina the manager of this park is a liar and is extremely untrustworthy. I urge people to just be careful dealing with her she is definatly the worst manager I've ever dealt with and will do anything for a buck. do not trust anything she says. she is definatly a wolf in sheep's clothing. she makes it so people cannot get into the park if she chooses and lies about it and tells tenants personal information to other tenants . I have made a complaint to the BBB. I really hope the owners will look into hiring somebody else that can act professionally and be unbiased when it comes to dealing with tenants.
May 09 · skullcrawler 1699The owners talk to others horrendously. Today I heard them talking to their manager with so much unprofessionalism and disrespect that it is no wonder they can't keep a manager. It was clear that everyone around was uncomfortable. It is common knowledge that they act superior to others. With them owning so many businesses, they are well known. To bad they are known for their poor personalities in the communities rather then kindness and professionalism.
