stay away from this dump! its got a new owner,who lives in dallas and hardly ever comes around. the manager is an old lady named Shirley,in her 80s. shes a gossiping 2faced liar. she will talk about you behind your back and be a friend to your face. very inconsiderate patrons there...and dogs everywhere. people next to me had 3 people,3 dogs in a tiny rv..and will walk their dogs daily on your lot...dogs barking 24/7..its not quiet at all...my trailer i rented had mold all over the inside. roof leaked in 3 places...and thru the side window..told them about their dead tree limbs..they did nothing..2 days later..a big 10ft tree limb fell on my trailer. they did nothing. owner never came. its pure trailer trash there...owner cares nothing about nothing..except money! STAY FAR AWAY! heres a pic of an african drum i had...that the mold completely ruined...and i was just there for 2 months...its a dump!

Brookshires, Post Office. and Fred's are within walking distance...Free WiFi and parcel boxes on property. Manager lives on site. I would recommend this peaceful place in the pines to anyone.
