Pines Mobile Home Park Reviews
We've lived here for a few months now and it's a quiet neighborhood. We moved here to escape the city noise and other than the occasional train going by it's very quiet. The traffic in the area isn't bad either. Some homes have ramps for wheelchairs, others don't. Neighborhood has security cameras and monitors the activity in the park well.
Sep 18, 2021 · Ashley BrouillardI have never lived in a mobile park but if I had to it would not be here. This neighborhood is so run down looking. They have a sign that states no pets but I saw several dogs on people porches and yard space. The lots # are confusing and the entrance is very deceiving. Once you reach the middle and back trailers you want to hit the gas and get out of there. I was doing a marketplace pickup and I was praying my way out of there. If this is the best you can do then it is what it is but if you have a choice and other options then you will be in agreement with this review. God bless 🙌 🙏
Oct 28, 2022 · Classy Lady01Does anyone know what the high-school is in this district?
Mar 31, 2025 · Lindsay Hopkins (Linds)This park is incredibly unprofessional in the manner that the conduct all things business, I was looking for a home to stay in, and it just so happened that a friend of mine owned a home in the park I was willing to buy full price, they happily took my money and didn’t communicate any further until I get a letter in the mail threatening legal recourse again me because they had “fist right if a property ended up getting sold” so I thought to myself- fine I’ll go else where.. I go to get my application fee from the office (that just so happens to be $50 each adult) the lady in the office had already endorsed it for deposit so now I have a $100 money order that serves as null and void- I’ve spent the last few minutes on the phone with cooperate explaining why this whole situation has been a mess and they finally agree to send me a refund- but it has to be mailed out. Ugh. This place is A NIGHTMARE and honestly if I could give this establishment a negative star review you better bet I would.
Mar 04, 2021 · Amber nicoleThe ladies I spoke with were very nice but I was approved then unapproved a few days later. How can you approve someone then go and deny them over no issues? Apparently some new lady has been in office and did this. We had all the money plus an extra month. Do yourselves a favor and dont waste your time. I wasted over a week.
