omg...the worst experience ever..don't want to fix anything..but drive around giving attitude to tenants but don't do what needs to be done...I had to get HUD involved with the crooked stuff Johnetta Smith is doing n legal aid as well..smh...management in 2018 was the best...95% of trailers was occupied...they power washed ALL the trailers stuff got fixed, even had maintenance clear all the pine straw off the roofing.
