She is super friendly, responds to my questions right away, and is very proficient at what she does!! So far we’re loving it here. The park is well taken care of as far as we have seen. A nice, quiet neighborhood. If you’re looking for a home/community to start/raise your family in, this is the one!!! Thank you for all you do Melissa! We are very pleased with our new home and we look forward to what’s to come of this community.Side note: If you think there’s no way you can buy a home or get approved to do so, give it a try here. We didn’t think we’d be buying a home anytime soon (especially not one as nice as ours) yet here we are. We couldn’t be happier.

Dec 03, 2022 · Macey WesterhoffI just helped my brother go through the process of buying a new mobile home in Pinecrest. From start to finish, the process was friendly, quick and easy. Melissa did a great job helping my brother, as this was his first time purchasing a home. She was always available to help along the way, answering any questions we had to ensure the closing and move-in date were expedited.Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new, affordable mobile home, located in a clean park with higher standards than most.

Oct 05, 2023 · Cindi PatrickDo Not Move Here! At least until there is a new manager. This place is miserable, physically and mentally exhausting, and not a "peaceful place to live." The owners of this park do not bother with day to day operations, as they live out of town. They have no clue what goes on, nor do they care. We heard the same "oh we'll look into it" or "it's being taken care of" story too many times from them. They fork out thousands of dollars to keep the place liveable, but do not actually "manage" it. Rules are very strict- feels like a prison. You'll be "violated" for having a broken blind, leaving something in your yard, not powerwashing your trailer, and many other dumb things. You are not allowed to have any sort of trailers, campers, or any other recreational things (even if it's for your job) parked unhooked or overnight. Visitor parking does not conform to township ordinance, is not within suitable distance for all residents and is usually a mudhole. Kids are not allowed swingsets, pools, etc. Yet there is no play structure, and kids/parents get scolded for finding other means of outside play. There are cameras everywhere, even in vacant trailers; a couple tennants that drive through multiple times a day taking pictures, video, and reporting every little thing you do to management while they sit in the office and complain to each other a day. They recieve special treatment for it. They illegally sell used homes without titles, which should strip them of thier ability to finance new homes. They find loopholes to evict you if the manager doesn't like you (especially if you have kids). The manager likes to argue and does not know the meaning of "professional." We have caught her in several lies. She has random people stay the night in the office, where personal information is kept. She threatened harrassment charges on me for speaking facts and venting frustrations after threatning to tow my vehicle for being parked a few feet past the corner of my trailer. They do not salt in the winter. My family has fallen several times getting the mail. These issues, among too many to list, has caused our family to leave a home that we poured our blood, sweat and tears into, and leave years of memories behind due to fear of being violated or evicted for no reason.
