This property is absolute garbage. There are very few stop signs in the neighborhoods, an ever increasing number of street lights that are inoperable. The rules listed in the covenant are selectively enforced. The rent has gone up nearly 180$ per month in the four years I’ve lived here. The amenities that were once in included are not any longer. Now, they’ve decided to charge us for trash pick up. We now, in addition to the ridiculous rent we’re now responsible for an additional 39$ per month for trash removal. Since they’re not paying for the trash any longer out of our monthly rent, and putting the additional cost to the tenants we the people are really getting hit with $80 in new costs per month. Stay away! It’s not worth it. - daniel vaughan
