This place is really bad, there are cats that poop anywhere they want plus there are so many noisy neighbors
Feb 16, 2025 · Josue sanchezWorst place to live now! Pelican point it’s not what used to be previous owner was more polite to people around the community they always come for visit over the people they took time to knows people around. Morning view owner they are machine money they just want to receive moneyBut if we have a complain they don’t take called no answer from them. It’s to suppose to be affordable place but they had raise rent over the roof most people around here are Hispanic can’t afforded to pay the amount. It’s just bad that they raise the rent in the middle of the covid. They don’t care about everyone around. They need to stop with the fake Ad on there page. Suppose they going to make it better other change that just road fix but that because the city fix it we got the letter from it so basically they had done nothing. I don’t recommend to live here anymore.
Oct 06, 2022 · Sofia ArangoI would NOT ever rent or buy from these people. We have lived here my husband 20 years and my self almost 8 years and I have never in my life met such greedy ignorant people! Our lot rent has more then doubled in less then 2 years! They want us to sign a lease and if we don’t that’s another $100 a month. We can’t have lawn furniture, kids bikes, trampoline, or fire pits even thou we have our own owners insurance! so what are my kids supposed to do?? this is why kids are stuck on tv/games consoles. This is not ok! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone! Oh and BTW we only got 1 notice before this one! AND we have had our trampoline for 3 years now! so we have went from violation 1 to 3! Next step is social media!
Oct 19, 2022 · Stacey HaddenLots of new homes in the community with great pricing. If you’re looking for a nice home at a great price, give them a call.
Aug 13, 2024 · Jasmine AskinsVery run down trailers and the dirt roads leading into the park are atrocious! Felt very uncomfortable while driving through due to so many shady looking people outside watching you making you feel like you're being sized up and judged on if they can rob you or not. Smh.
