We have one rental manufactured home out here and the renters are very happy with the place. It’s in a great neighborhood where you can tell that people care about their yards and their homes… The lot rent is only $300 for a mobile home and it’s a great deal in the area, also have solid 5G cell phone signal out here!! Love when the pecan trees start dropping pecans you can really enjoy them without having to buy them at the grocery store!! Great management here and I would highly recommend the neighborhood!!
