Other than that its a nice place to live. Although if they do not replace this manager then i'm afraid this place will go bad real fast.

That's probably because of all the rules the manager has and the Hawkeye spies roaming the park. It's like having a homeowners association for free. So if you like people telling you how to have your trailer, yard, and space then this is your place. But if you don't like people telling you how you should've have your property especially if your paging for it I wouldn't recommend this park.
