Love this place... I waited to do a review I've now been here 3 months and the homes are beautiful..the community is so nice and well kept.if you have any issues they are quick to take care of things Dorris and amy are amazing they go above and beyond here ❤️ the main thing here is following the rules which are common Sense. My kids are special needs and they absolutely love it here and feel calm. Very safe neighborhood they have a big pool and a room to rent out for birthdays and a park and trail 😊
Apr 17, 2024 · SweatheartWe have had so many issues with this place.When we moved in, they told us we could use our own washer & dryer. They removed theirs and we moved ours in. Not even 2 weeks later, we get an email saying we have to remove ours or pay to store THEIR washer & dryer each month at their facility.The washer they provided broke a few months later. It took them TWO WEEKS to finally replace it. A week later, the heating element in the dryer they provided went out. We notified them on a Monday. We followed up Thursday and we were told they hadn’t heard anything. We called the next day because there’s 6 of us and we obviously need to be able to do laundry. Once again, they had no update to offer and the “maintenance guy” is out until Monday. That’s an entire week with no dryer and they hadn’t even ordered a new one. They took nothing off of our rent amount to credit us for this and they also didn’t cover the cost of gas to drive elsewhere to do laundry, nor the cost to do laundry at a laundromat. They drag their feet to ever fix anything but don’t worry! If your grass isn’t mowed to their liking, you have the slightest bit of weeds in cracks on the driveway or the sidewalk, they’ll be sure to drop a letter off. They literally drive around each week just to leave letters on residents doors. But take several weeks to fix anything that is actually of importance. Highly recommend steering clear of this God awful place. The rent price is astronomical ($1,610/month for 4 bedrooms) and they just do not care whatsoever about anything that is significant.

May 13, 2024 · Sharon of TPPMy wife and me have been trying to get in there for over a month now and it seems impossible. We have done everything asked of them yet we get the run around none stop.... very sketchy things going on there. We were very serious about purchasing a house there and were told the specific house had been for sale for a long time. We made a move, gave them all the paper work needed plus double the down payment and out of no where, they gave us our check back and said someone else bought it....even tho we had given the earnest down payment. We get things happen so we accepted it and tried to get a different place. They told us they had another house and could show it to us once the contract cleaners were done cleaning. They said they would give us a call to come look at it yet never did. My wife called and they said the cleaners were running late so we would have to see the house the next day.... okay that's fine, no big deal. Then the next day came and no call, so my wife called again with them saying, "Oh the cleaners are still there, you can see it tomorrow." Okay, frustrating but understandable. The next day comes, no call again so my wife calls and they tell her, "Someone is moving into that trailer today, they are renting it." That was the last straw. We took all the signs and decided we aren't dealing with constant excuses and misleading us so we checked out some other parks and got in almost immediately. It was a breath of fresh air after the roller coaster this place put us through.

Doris acts like she has nothing to do with financial issues Which means I don't know how she's possibly the property manager The entire Community is completely filled with old trailers that they keep putting duct tape on to keep together and they won't top dollar for sale Please run far stay completely away from this place or you will feel What I've been going through
