Jun 08, 2025 · nida PloyI will say we truly enjoyed our stay! We rented a park model that had its own private beach and we loved everything about it. The public beach bathrooms were very nice and clean! They had food trucks at the beach which is very convenient but you can also bring coolers in if just staying for the day. Every worker that we met was very helpful and nice! We will be back it’s a hidden gem!
Jun 12, 2025 · Melissa MinerFor a day trip, it’s great. Water is clean, even when it’s packed there is still plenty of space to stake your claim. Food trucks are convenient. Didn’t try the bar or restaurant. This is the best kept secret ever. We didn’t discover it until the end of the summer and managed to go twice. It will be our go-to next summer. Must say there is a HUGE difference in crowds on a weekday vs a weekend. I highly recommend a week day. The music is upbeat and fun. Inflatable climber for the kids.
Sep 24, 2024 · TM DemkoNice beautiful beach ⛱️This is my 2nd time to come over here.Very beautifulJust music can be little bit better selection,More Summer Ibiza house music , more vibe music, faster, calabria exc....... Overall I will come again
Jun 02, 2025 · SouthSlavThe lake itself is really pretty but beware if you are booking a campsite. Not only do you pay $70+ per day but there is a booking fee of almost $8 PER DAY! That’s on top of your site fees and tax. We paid $433 for 5 nightsHowever, they wanted us to cram our 40’ RV and enclosed trailer in a site that was much too small. Sierra was wonderful and moved us to a pull through. You will be given a key code to enter the park but ours never worked. We were finally given the supervisor code to get in. Also, there are huge speed bumps - terrible for RVs and trailersThey are building new camper cabins so there was a lot of construction noise early each morningThe bathhouse is awful. There are black plastic shower curtains on the shower stalls/dressing areas. Not a locking door anywhere. And it was freezing cold with absolutely no heat. There are only 2 trash dumpster areas for the entire campground and they are located very inconveniently. Really not walkable unless your site is in that area
