The new owners will sell you a mobile home.. but will not allow you to move it out of the trailer park, WTH?!!? They are NOT concerned about the tenants.. their ONLY concern is extracting MORE money$$

All lots cost the same now, no matter the size.Per your reply to my review: you can improve by calling me back when you say you will. I've already contacted you 2 weeks ago and again today, but no response back.Update 6/5/23: rent has increased exponentially under new management with no improvements.
